OK – my apologies, I’m running behind on the playlists. Back on 5/10 the Fuzz Factory special feature was the Beastie Boys. MCA was my favorite Beastie Boy and it seemed fitting to honor him with a small set of Beastie Boys favorites. What can I say? I was not always a fan of this group. In fact, I still think License To Ill is their worst disc by far. After subsequent releases I changed my tune. I was a skeptic for years, but they evolved into the greatest rap/funk/garage rock band ever. The Beastie Boys float like a butterfly and sting like a bee.
Rock & roll radio is still going strong. Get hip to the Fuzz Factory – and if you like what you hear, go tell somebody. Here is the playlist. The Fuzz Factory – Cutting Out The Crap Since 2002!
