LaMontagne has been cruising under the radar of most folks. But you have actually been hearing his music subliminally. His music has been featured in various movies and tv shows. Probably because his music effortlessly expresses a great deal of emotion. His raspy voice is a throw back to 70s folk rock and is refreshing for this generation. If you get a chance check him out, I am sure you will fall in love with his music!

So there are two very awesome festivals coming up that will feature artist from the Soul Sessions!
The Atlanta Jazz Festival– This festival is celebrating a fabulous 35 years of great music! It will be held out at Piedmont park over the Memorial Day Weekend. Make sure you check out Robert Glasper while you are there! His new album Black Radio is amazing!!
Virginia-Highlands Festival– This street festival will be full of food, art, beer and music! Parking will be tight so you might want to take Marta. You should come out to see Marc Broussard! He will be on the stage from 6:30 to 8pm. I have no doubt that he is going to have an awesome set.
Words for the soul: Subscribe to Positivity- Times will not always be the best but times have a better chance of getting better if you are positive about your life situation. There is really no reason why you would want to dwell is negativity so give positivity a try!
